Cancellations & Refund Policy for Trainings

Cancellations 10+ days before the first day of a 2 day training: Tuition will be refunded in full minus a 30$ cancellation fee. This fee is to cover the cost of the payment processing fee taken by Stripe which we use to process secure payments and administrative costs.

Cancellations fewer than 10 days before but within 72 hours before the first day of a 2 day training: 50% of the amount paid will be applied toward one of the already scheduled LI trainings to be held within the next 12 months. The other 50% will be refunded less a 30$ cancellation fee as described above.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the first day of a 2 day training: 50% of the amount paid will be applied toward one of the already scheduled LI trainings to be held within the next 12 months. The other 50% will not be refunded.
